A little local perspective
Think ahead around Dulong.
Council operates quarries at Dulong and Image Flat and publishes information about truck movements. For a Dulong learner, that is a practical reminder to notice the different vehicles sharing local roads and to leave room for careful decisions.
1
Read the vehicle as well as the road
A larger vehicle may need more room to turn or move. Discuss space and observation with Nathan so you can make considered decisions without feeling rushed.
2
Follow current signs
Council uses roadside signs during scheduled quarry truck hauls. Conditions can change, so use the information in front of you rather than expecting the same traffic on every drive.
Keep your preparation broad
Use Dulong driving lessons to strengthen control, positioning and judgement. A useful lesson builds skills you can apply on another road as well as the one you practised on.
For parents and supervising drivers
Ask what the learner is working on and how practice between lessons can support it. A licence is the milestone; safe driving for life is the bigger picture.
